Coaching Requirements

General
All SMMA coaches must adhere to the team formation policies detailed in the team formation guidelines document. 
 
Intramural Coaches
Intramural coaches are required to complete a background check prior to the start of every season.

 

CYC Coaches
CYC requires that all adult coaches and those adults working with youth meet Archdiocesan requirements set forth by the Office of Child and Youth Protection as of January 2020. Those requirements are detailed on the CYC's coaching certification page.
